Emmett’s clinical finish is decisive

GUISELEY’S trip up north proved more than worth it as they defeated Morpeth Town courtesy of Jack Emmett’s first half goal.
The hosts had the first opportunity when Nic Bollado was able to cut into the area, but his shot fell into the arms of the visitors’ keeper Joe Cracknell
The Lions took the lead on 12 minutes.
Joao Silva was able to gain possession and passed to Emmett, who took aim and clinically picked out the top corner with a fine finish.
Silva almost doubled the visitors’ advantage soon after.
