FOUR incisive strikes gave Boldmere the points in a game between two relegation threatened teams that was closer than score suggested.
The hosts got off to a dream start, scoring two goals in the first 11 minutes, Kyle Byrne and Frankie Ealing both finishing off fine passing moves with 20-yard volleys.
However, kamikaze defending halved their lead, Devonn O’Sullivan taking advantage of confusion in the Mikes’ back line after over-elaborate passing, to slot home from close range.
