■ VAUXHALL Motors moved into the playoff places with a highly entertaining victory against Clitheroe at the vanEupen Arena.
On a day of celebration for Vauxhall captain Ben Holmes – who was making his 250th appearance for the club and was presented with a commemorative plaque before the game – Motors started off rapidly with both Nick Rushton and Jawad Jebrin scoring within the opening ten minutes of the match.
Jack Morris then got a goal back for the Reds after a brilliant through ball from Josh Briggs.
