■ BASFORD extended their unbeaten run to 17 games following a straightforward win over Bourne Town at Greenwich Avenue.
After a lacklustre first 70 minutes from both, Basford finally found the breakthrough when substitute Covarne Leon found Nyle Blake in the middle who turned and powered a finish into the bottom corner.
