■ MATLOCK returned to winning ways in style with a convincing victory over North Ferriby.
The hosts went in front after 13 minutes when Jake Thompson cut inside and fired home via the inside of the post.
Seven minutes later the lead was doubled when Cameron Wilson’s free-kick was glanced home by Dwayne Wiley.
The visitors threatened little in the first half but pulled a goal back through Voldi Mbaya after a corner wasn’t cleared.
