JAMES Tague’s first-half goal ensured Boldmere came out on top against promotion-chasing Shepshed.
In a game played at 100 miles an hour, an opportunist goal just before the break gave the Mikes the points.
A long ball from Kyle Byrne was sent forward, and bounced unkindly for the Moes’ rearguard.
Striker Tague got his head to it, and the ball trickled slowly into the net.
