Classy Rylands turn on style

HIGH-FLYING Warrington Rylands turned in an impressive display to run out victors at Leek.
The home side had the first effort on target when Alex Hurst’s snapshot flew just wide of the upright
Undeterred, Rylands controlled large parts of the first half, evidenced by the 6-0 corner count in their favour.
It was from one of these that Leek had a lucky escape. A scramble in the area led to Clive Smith rattling the underside of the crossbar before Matthew Regan’s overhead kick from the rebound was headed off the line.
