GRIMSBY Borough defeated relegation-threatened Bishop Auckland at home.
Edwin Essel gave the hosts the lead after 30 minutes when he was teed-up by Dayle Southwell, who did well to win possession.
Essel got his second of the afternoon when he headed home an excellent cross from Anane Wireko.
Mikey Roberts pulled Bishop back into the game on the hour mark when he fired home from inside the six-yard box.
