CONGLETON moved to ■within three points of safety as two penalties from Peter Williams earned them a draw with Clitheroe.
It was the visitors who struck first after just six minutes when Harry Scarborough found the back of Dave Parton’s goal for his 11th of the season.
Congleton pulled level just three minutes later when Kieran Knapper was bundled over – Williams stepped up and converted the penalty.
The hosts had the ball in the net just two minutes after the restart when Danny Needham tucked home, but it was ruled out for offside....
