Hednesford Town warmed up for their huge Easter Monday clash with FC United in style.
Goals from Montel Gibson, Omari Sterling-James and Jake Jervis saw the third-place Pitmen cruise past struggling Prescot Cable ahead of their battle with the leaders.
“Controlled and professional,” boss Kelvin Davis said. “We said at half-time that we can’t afford to lift our foot of the accelerator, we need to get the next goal.”
