■ SILSDEN halted their slide down the table, but are still not out of danger of an instant return to the Northern Counties East League.
They ended a run of eight games without a win but had keeper Tommy Brown to thank after he pulled off a string of fine saves.
Captain Harry Coates squared the ball for Kayle Price to give the Cobbydalers the lead after 31 minutes but they had to wait until stoppage time to secure the points when Luke Brooks-bank struck a superb shot into the top corner.
Hallam had plenty of chances to win but found the Silsden goal...
