BASFORD secured their
■ place in the play-offs despite drawing with Shepshed Dynamo at home.
It was a tough opening hour for Basford as they couldn’t find a way past a stubborn Shepshed side who still have an outside chance of making the play-offs themselves – although this result won’t do them any favours.
The best chance went the way of the visitors as Callum Burkey saw his overhead kick turned over by Matt Yates.
