COVENTRY SPHINX’S final
■ home game in the Northern Premier League for at least 12 months ended in defeat at the hands of midtable Long Eaton United as two late goals from the visitors sealed the points.
The first came after 78 minutes when Evan Garnett drove the ball past Oliver Bosworth from the penalty spot.
The second goal came four minutes later through Jahvan Davidson-Miller when he made the game safe for the visitors.
The result puts Long Eaton United into the top ten of the Northern Premier League Midlands table.
