PAUL Van-Zandvliet hit a ten-minute, second-half hat-trick to see Spartans to victory and relegate Bishop Auckland to the Northern League.
Callum Dobson was recalled by Hebburn Town as they edged towards the NPL Premier title so Michael Hogan was handed his first start.
Bishop Auckland opened the scoring in the 21st minute as Jack Blackford broke through to slot home.
