■EMLEY sailed into a home play-off against Dunston with a comprehensive win against already relegated Newton Aycliffe.
The home side opened the scoring midway through the first half. A long ball forward found Niall Heaton who beat the defender to slot home.
Aycliffe had an early chance as the second half started but from there the Pewitt onslaught commenced. Heaton got his second after Aycliffe failed to clear after 54 minutes. Two minutes later Chris
Dawson made it three with a fine strike.
