TOWN’S sorry season was suitably summed up by heavy defeat at their Rugby rivals.
The hosts secured an inaugural CV21 derby double with three quickfire goals late in the second half harshly rubbing salt in Town’s relegation-induced wounds.
Caine Elliott’s shot early on was saved by Marcus Bald, before Borough took the lead when Daniele Reka finished off Gary Stohrer’s cross.
