DEAKIN HAS UPPED ANTE AT RANGERS

STAFFORD Rangers finished 45 points adrift of top spot last season – but that hasn’t put off some from tipping them for the title.
Manager Graham Deakin has overhauled a Boro squad that ended last term looking over their shoulders at the drop zone – clearing out more than a dozen players and recruiting hardened replacements.
