IT FINISHED a goal and a point apiece at Holloways Park but both Beaconsfield and Yate will feel they could have had much more in their efforts to move away from the drop zone.
Yate started strongly, with Nick Peare’s eighth minute free-kick saved well by Myles Bowman.
They took the lead on 12 minutes when the Rams defence failed to clear and Joe Guest fired through a crowded area and past an unsighted Bowman.
