TOLANI Omotola’s firsthalf strike sealed the points for Barwell against plucky St Ives, who drop deeper into the relegation zone.
After a glut of high-scoring games the Canaries must have fancied chalking up another hatful but a combination of some fine saves from Finley Iron and wayward shooting from the hosts ensured this game remained on a tightrope until the end.
Iron was inspired in the Saints goal, tipping over a Joey Evans strike on 15 minutes.
