THIS was an important win in Yate’s bid to get away from the wrong end of the table but it was the home side’s third goal that will also live long in the memory.
The second half was only seven minutes old when young defender Joe Low, a loan signing from Bristol City, picked up the ball just outside his own area and sent a long punt upfield that swirled around in the wind and ended up looping over Taunton goalkeeper Lloyd Irish into the net.
