STOURBRIDGE improved their promotion prospects, climbing to sixth spot after an early solo strike from Chay Tilt sealed the points in this local derby.
Tilt struck in the ninth minute, picking up possession out wide on the left flank and cutting inside before firing home beyond the reach of Church goalkeeper Matt Sargeant.
Tilt’s goal proved the difference between the sides but the real hero was Glassboys goalkeeper Charlie Price with two vital saves.
