CLACTON HAVE TO STAY PUT

FC CLACTON have failed in their bid to move sideways to the Essex Senior League.
The club have been told by the FA they must stay in the Thurlow Nunn Eastern Counties Premier Division for the coming season. The decision has come as a disappointment for FC Clacton, who had been accepted into the Essex Senior constitution as its annual general meeting.
The club had been planning the move since the FA announced that league reorganisation was to take place during the summer.
