■ BERKHAMSTED defeated FC Romania in a fastpaced, entertaining affair.
The scoring was opened by the hosts as early as the eighth minute, with Elliot Bailey volleying into the back of the net in fine style.
It didn’t take long for Berkhamsted to find a second, either. This time, it was Jonathan Lacey with the goal in the 25th minute to start what turned into an onslaught.
Five minutes later, it was Bailey’s turn to score again, before Reece Robins got in on the act to make it four before half-time.
