FROME had to come from behind to draw with Evesham and extend their lead at the top of the table.
A disappointing first half for the Robins saw them struggle to get to grips with Evesham’s dynamic duo of Brandon Smalley and Kyle Belmonte, and the pair linked up to open the scoring in the 18th minute as Belmonte slotted home from a Smalley pass.
Frome improved drastically after half-time, and a spell of incessant pressure ended with midfielder Alex Monks turning and firing home from the edge of the box on the hour mark.
