ON A bright April afternoon in very blustery conditions, neither side could really control the first half.
Willand’s best efforts fell to Ben Griffith, but his shot was blocked. Callum Stratton had Lymington’s best effort, but he put his shot over the bar.
Into the second half, it was very similar to the first half until Jack Rice broke through the Lymington back line and rounded the keeper to put Willand one up.
