■A FINE goal by Liam Dulson sealed victory for Ware at Thame United.
Despite the weather, the two sides’ commitment couldn’t be faulted – possibly the reason seven yellow cards were handed out in what was never an ill-tempered game.
Thame had the first chance when Ware’s Fred Burbidge was forced to concede a corner after good build-up by the home side. However, it was Ware who took the lead as Dulson converted Richard Bryan’s cross.
