WALTHAMSTOW won their first home league points of the season as their new-look team beat Didcot Town in the clubs’ first-ever meeting.
New boss Nicky Ironton rang the changes with nine starters and two substitutes, including the match-winner, making their home debuts.
Despite only a couple of training sessions together, Stow narrowly shaded an entertaining first half, with Matthew Campbell-Mhlope causing problems.
Didcot keeper Leigh Bedwell made a couple of saves to keep the first half scoreless.
