■ A DRAW was a fair result to a game which came to life in the second half — but Bashley were furious to see striker Jack Lovell red-carded.
Lovell, who had been booked earlier for talking out of turn, was sent off for allegedly simulating a dive in the penalty area.
Bashley were not only angry at the sending off itself, but because they believed Lovell really had been clattered to the ground unfairly by two defenders as he went for a loose ball in the penalty area.
