■A VOLLEY by Jay Malshanskyj saved a point for Melksham at home to Larkhall.
In an even first half punctuated by chances for both sides it was the Larks who took the lead when ex-Melksham man Brad Norris squeezed his shot past Mac Boyd, despite the young keeper nearly diverting it wide.
Melksham came out firing in the second half and very nearly equalised in the first attack with Albie Hopkins finding space.
As the home team sought an equaliser the game became open and both defences had to work hard.
