ELWYN GC produced their best display in weeks with a powerful showing against lowly FC Romania, dominating throughout.
The outstanding Cyrus Babaie had two early chances, one stopped by Romania keeper Matt Boylan’s legs and the other put over the top.
After 26 minutes, WGC skipper Josh Hutchinson placed a header beyond Boylan, from a Babaie cross, to put the Citizens 1-0 up.
A Lewis Franklin clearing header off the line preserved the lead, from a Charne Lemba effort.
WGC went two ahead when Yasin Boodhoo scored his second headed goal in as many games...
