THIS was a marked improvement on last week’s display at Totton, however, it still wasn’t enough for Tavistock to get anything from the game.
The Lambs had a couple of early chances with Josh Grant going close and then Adam McPherson saw his shot saved by keeper Alfie Kelsey.
The Larks took the lead in the 38th minute when a well worked move saw full back Max Williams in a forward position. He let fly from distance and the ball took a deflection to sail past Sam Borthwick.
