■ ABBEY took the lead in the first half when a 20- yard drive from Ramiah Mills beat Carey Bloedorn in the Berko goal at the canal end.
Alie Bangura got a toe to a cross from Jonathan Lacey but could not quite reach to convert the chance.
Berko brought on Tobi Coker at half-time to try to rescue the game.
Abbey had a goal disallowed for a marginal offside before Ryan Blake levelled the scores.
