BERKHAMSTED just managed to keep their 100 per cent home record getting past a deter mined Biggleswade Town side.
The first half was goalless and rarely exciting as the two sides cancelled each other out in their second meeting of the month.
Jonathan Lacey was played in and was caught by Harry Smart in the visitors’ goal in the 80th minute. The referee pointed to the penalty spot and Lacey despatched it to give the Comrades the only goal of the game.
