THIS was a vital win for the home side in this relegation clash although the margin of victory does not reflect the efforts of the visitors.
Highworth took the lead after 18 minutes when Sol Pryce slotted home from 25 yards with Ash Edenborough doubling the score from the penalty spot ten minutes later. A post and a couple of fine stops from keeper James Walker meant it remained 2-0 at half-time.
