■For the second home game in a row, Paulton were well beaten by a visiting team.
This time, it was Melksham, who survived an initial flurry of attacks to score in the 33rd minute as Aaron Witchell benefitted from fine wing play by the outstanding Albert Hopkins to shoot past Aaron Sainsbury in the Paulton goal.
Rovers showed signs of a recovery, but in the 49th minute, Hopkins set up Jay Malshanskyj to score.
