BOTH teams got what they needed, with Ware’s victory confirming their place in the play-offs and results elsewhere ensuring Kempston of Step 4 football next season.
Ware had the better of the first half, but couldn’t break down Kempston’s last line of defence. As a result there were a number of long-range efforts for much of the game
Ware broke free in the second half to score four times and miss a penalty with Liam Dulson outwitting the defence to open the scoring from range.
