After an even 20 minutes, Berko took the lead when a beautiful through ball from JJ Lacey picked out Brad Wadkins and he beat Brad Robinson.
Tamas Amgbaduba almost levelled things with a header from a George Ironton corner, but the ball bounced off the ground and over the bar.
The Comrades made the game safe with a spectacular long-range strike from Tobi Comas which flew into the net.
