COLLIERS Wood United have appointed Ben Ewing as their new manager.
Ewing, 28 who has been coaching AFC Wimbledon’s seven to 11 year teams and also runs his own football school.
He fills the void left by the departure for personal reasons after two years of Jamie Decruz, who led Colliers Wood to a fifthplace finish in Combined Counties Premier South.
Ewing said: “The hard work starts now on the rebuild of the squad for next year.”
United chairman Steve Turner added: “We try to give younger managers a bit of a go if we can.”
