A BATTLE which saw nine cards shown in 20 minutes – and three penalties in the space of eight ended with Kidlington sharing six goals with Waltham Abbey in a thriller.
The visitors were 2-0 up thanks to two well-taken penalties from Abbey skipper Declan Rydings, right before the end of the first half.
A third spot-kick, this time for the Greens, sparked life back into the home side as Felipe Barcelos rocketed it home in first-half injury time.
