■ MALVERN celebrated a first home win of the campaign after beating the division’s best travellers.
The promoted rivals both hit the woodwork in the first half. A one-two blow before the break put the Hillsiders in control, Bullock putting them ahead before Jordan Annear met Matt McDonald’s cross with a header to double their interval lead.
