JAMES Ollis scored the only goal as Frome overcame Bideford.
This was a classic game of two halves, which was dominated in the first period by Frome Town who, in the second, were clinging on to their lead.
The action started as early as the fifth minute when Samuel Heal blasted high over the Bideford goal. The lead was then established when Ollis rose high at the far post to head in the ball from a corner.
