Harborough Town celebrated as the new champions after a tremendous second-half fightback against play-off chasing Halesowen Town.
Jubilant Bees manager Mitch Austin was full of praise for his team after a third promotion in five seasons.
“They should be proud of themselves. I manage a great group, the players fight for each other,” he said.
“The club is ambitious, so it’s no fluke. Everyone is on the same page and everyone works hard.”
