IT WASN’T pretty but Glossop North End didn’t care as Ben Richardson’s goal gave the Hillmen’s play-off hopes a boost.
The first half was a low-key affair, with the referee being the busiest man on the pitch after showing yellow cards to Glossop duo Iwan Heeley and Max Leonard, who had the only effort of any note when his turn and low shot was pushed wide.
