GLENN FIRES BORO BLOW

GREENWICH BOROUGH will have to appoint a new captain after skipper Glenn Wilson left the club.
The 31-year-old former Aldershot Town and Salisbury City captain joined Borough after a successful trial last summer and was a key member of the squad that made it to the Bostik South play-offs last season.
Predominantly a defender, Wilson made 50 appearances for Greenwich in a number of positions.
Boss Gary Alexander said: “He’s been a model professional since day one and an excellent captain for the club.”
