BURGESS HILL salvaged a point against Needham Market thanks to debutant Matt Nezval’s second-half strike.
The visitors nearly found the lead inside two minutes when a cross found its way to Keiran Morphew but was kept out by a point blank save from Hillians keeper Max Huxter.
Hillians’ Haseem Adelakun and Sam Fisk both had efforts fly just wide but it was a mostly quiet first half.
In the second half, Adelakun nearly found the opener when his free-kick ricocheted off the crossbar with Marketmen keeper Danny Gay beaten.
