WINGATE & FINCHLEY grabbed their first win of the season and inflicted the first defeat of the season on belowpar hosts Needham Market, thanks to Rob Laney’s 53rdminute strike.
In a game where the visitors were dominant throughout, Needham Market had their goalkeeper Danny Gay to thank, as his efforts prevented a more emphatic defeat.
