SOUTH PARK got revenge for their February loss to Ramsgate with victory away from home in this lively fixture. The match began as a mixture of midfield battles and defences doing their jobs, until Chris Smith’s unstoppable volley on 39 minutes for the visitors.
The second half was more of the same until South Park were awarded a penalty on 62 minutes and Kieran Lavery extended the lead. The Rams were still making inroads, and with four minutes to go Alfie Paxman slotted in Rory Smith to finish and narrow the deficit.
