COACHES LIAM AND DIXON GET A BRAND NEW PAD

PADIHAM have appointed Colne assistants Liam Smith and Dixon Lambert as their new management team following the sudden walkout of title-winning boss Steve Wilkes.
Long-serving Wilkes led the Storks to the Hallmark Security North West Counties Premier tirle four years ago but have crashed to three straight league defeats and an early FA Cup exit.
A club statement said: “Padiham are delighted to announce the appointment of Liam Smith and Dixon Lambert.
“They come with a wealth of experience, ambition and are looking forward to improving our success on the pitch.
