As the Brewers stared to turn the screw, they were hit with a suckerpunch as Lawrence Hunter’s corner couldn’t be kept out by Louis Jones.
Things got even worse for Michael Morton’s side as Alex Curran scored number two.
Cue a spirited fightback from Tadcaster. Chris Howarth netted his first for the club, toe-poking into the top corner.
And it was two apiece in the 76th minute as Aaron Hardy’s lofted cross was powerfully headed into the back of the net by top scorer Aiden Savory...
