KWEKU Ansah rescued a dramatic point for Phoenix Sports as Carshalton were left to rue several spurned chances.
Both sides made a bright start but the Robins went ahead in the 11th minute thanks to Kalvin Morath-Gibbs’ smart turn and finish.
That lead only lasted five minutes however as Ashley Probets fired in a high free- kick which sneaked in the top corner.
And the home fans were grateful to see Richard Ossai somehow keep out Lewis Afflick’s close range effort before half-time.
